The Chic In Hiding

This chic of a Little Ringed Plover or ٽنڊڻي in Sindhi was seen hiding in #CliftonUrbanForest recently while it’s mama ran away seeing an onslaught from Black Kites. If we need to restore the #biodiversity of #Karachi it’s important to bring balance. Similarly, an injured flamingo is also seen sitting in the water-filled big dustbin. The staff of #CliftonUrbanForest saved this bird but unfortunately its fellow bird could not be saved from amateur hunters who poach these rare birds to sell in a few hundred rupees or roast them to eat.
